For more formal learning, lectures are offered a few times a month by community volunteers who are experts in their field. Topics have included nutrition, advances in treatment, how to handle difficult emotions, or afternoon gatherings called “Lunch & Learns” on various topics, such as genetics & cancer and lymphedema. Many of our lectures are part of the Frankly Speaking About Cancer Series. These include the most current information about cancer-related subjects, and are presented by medical personnel, or other experts. Learn about specific diagnosis-related information, Cost of Care, and more.
